My career has progressed from real estate in the 1980’s, to a corporate officer for a residential subdivision development company, to co-owner of a small business for 26 years, and now as a real estate agent with Sereno.
Operating a successful private investigation business requires gaining the confidence of clients (attorneys and insurance companies) and providing top-notch 24/7 service. Communication, observation, negotiation, research and diplomacy skills factored in the success of the business. While working in subdivision development I coordinated in all aspects of home building and development. In addition, I’ve continued education classes, met state licensing requirements, and applied the knowledge and skills gained through experience and education to better advocate for my clients in my real estate business.
Today, my duty to my clients includes not only representing them to the best of my abilities, but also educating them through every step of the process to enable them to make informed decisions.
