Real Estate Agent

My career has progressed from real estate agent in the 1980’s, to corporate officer for a residential subdivision development company, to co-owner of a small business, and now full circle back to real estate agent with Christie's International Sereno.

Through the years, it has been my privilege to assist buyers and sellers fulfil their real estate dreams. It's a trust I don't take lightly.

Why I’m Different

Operating a successful private investigation business for 26 years requires gaining the confidence of clients (attorneys and insurance companies) and providing top-notch 24/7 service infused with  communication, observation, negotiation, research and diplomacy.  While working in subdivision development my job revolved around the coordination of all aspects of home building and development. As a real estate agent, I've applied the knowledge and skills gained through experience and education to better advocate for my individual clients.

Today, my duty to my clients includes not only representing them to the best of my abilities, but also educating them through every step of the process to enable them to make informed decisions.

Giving Back

Volunteering is an important avenue for me to give back to my community. As an animal lover, I found my niche with the Benefit Shop for the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter and I volunteer there as often as possible. The shop relies solely on donations and volunteers, and provides much needed funds for the open-door shelter.

Christie's International Sereno and their 1% for Good program provides me with another method to give back and is one more reason for my association with this great company. Since 2012, Sereno has donated over $5 Million to over 320 incredible non-profit organizations who positively impact the local communities. 

Free Time

My interests include writing, reading, painting, hiking, friends, continued education, and spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren. My award-winning novel WITHOUT REASON will be published in 2024.
